The Best Night of My Life // Seeing Adele Live

Hi chappes,

Yesterday i went to Adele's Concert. Which was UH-MAZ-ING, so i thought i would a slightly different post and do a vlog post.

Wednesday 30th March 2016

At 4:00pm my sister and I go the train to Birmingham New Street then a train to Birmingham International. We had a tiny break between to eat, i regretfully decided to buy some quavers. which made my hands smell like cheese.

At 6:15 we had arrived at the Genting Arena, we had to get body checked and had to look through your bag.

Then we headed to the merchandise show, i brought the programme and a T-shirt with the tour dates on the back. The programme was slightly expensive at £20 but its so good.

At 7:30 we sat in your seats, annoying my sister and I weren't seating together. But i got the best ticket as it was my present!

8:00- the show started. Adele came from the floor literally 5 rows away from me. I guess what she started with - Hello! It was so GOOD!
Then half away through the song we went to the main stage which was slightly further away.

She sang 18 songs in total which were:

"Hello"

"Hometown Glory"

"One and Only"

"Rumour Has It"

"Water Under the Bridge"
"I Miss You"
"Skyfall"
"Million Years Ago"
"Don't You Remember"
"Send My Love (To Your New Lover)"
"Make You Feel My Love"
"Sweetest Devotion"
"Chasing Pavements"
"Someone Like You"
"Set Fire to the Rain"
Encore
"All I Ask"
"When We Were Young"
"Rolling in the Deep"

I think either "Set Fire to the Rain", "Hello", "Someone like You" and "When we Were Young" well actually all of them but especially those ones because Hello was the first song and she was so close.

In "Set Fire to the Rain" she was close as well as Adele was surrounded by rain. It was INCREDIBLE!!!.
"Someone like You" is probably one of my favourite Adele song, she made he audience sing some of it.
Before "When we were young" She asked people to come forward and saw some people behind me move so i went forward with them. I literally was 5 rows from the main stage in the aisle which Adele walked down between the main stage and the other stage near where i was sitting.

The concert finished with a bang of confetti with song lyrics at 22:10. My sister and I quickly met and then we had to run to the train station to get the train. I found out I'm so unfit i work out literally everyday but it doesn't prepare you for raining in the dark and up stairs to catch the train. We gladly did get the train to Birmingham New Street. We had a bit of time so we brought a fruit salad and water. Then caught the train home, and arrived home at 0:10am.

Overall the show was UH-MAZ-ING, the best show EVER. I would highly recommend it and if you are going to any of her other shows enjoy them but it goes really quickly.

Happy Thursday!

Stationary Haul spring 2016

Hi chappes,

Today i wanted to do a stationary haul. As its coming up to exams i needed to buy some stationary supplies.

3 Pastel Ringbinders
These are real cute, i have use them for Sciences, Geography and History. I'm even going to the extreme about doing subject title pages and subpages.
They also are really chic and great for revising.

Subject Splitters
These are really useful to put more than object in one folder. They make it so easy to access different sections quickly. They splitters are a variety of colours.

Clear Pencil Case
In the Uk for exams you have to have a clear pencil case so they don't see that you are cheating. I brought a couple in the past but hey kept breaking so i invest around £1 more to get a better quality one.

Pen highlighters
These are in 4 colours they fir perfectly into your pencil case. They are great for annotating texts, poems and the command word in questions. They are overall really useful.

Compass
This is a very compact compass. It's quite a maintain thing, but its stationary. Its quite weird but good. You don't attract a pencil it slots in.

Volunteering at the Animal Shelter

Hi chappes,

I wanted to share what I do on Saturday afternoons. I'm doing D of E so i have to do some volunteering. I have been volunteering at the nearest animal shelter for over a year now. I started for D of E but i now carried on as i enjoy it.

These images are of about 1/10 of the cats i have seen in the shelter. Some of their stories are really sad about how they got to the shelter. In some ways it's great that in my area that most of the cats are because the owners are too old so gone into care homes or even dead. But i guess it's better than being abandoned, hurt or strays.
You get cats with variety of ages from elderly ones at 15 to kittens at under 1 month. I'm so surprised that i haven't taken a kitten from the 18 months I've been there. Let's just say it's hard not to take one- they are so cute!

Please help you local animal shelter, every penny counts.

My Makeup Collection and Storage Spring 2016

Hi chappes,

I wanted to do a makeup collection post, as i have recently organised it.

in these plastic stand from Home Sense i think.
Its really handy as it has lots of different compartments and really compact.

Next to my plastic stand, i have all my eye palettes and brow palettes.
I have 4 individual shadows:
Seventeen metallic cream eyeshadow
Essence white eyeshadow

All my other lip products i keep in this Indian Pencil case that i got for Christmas.
To be even more organised i have put elastic bands to put them into groups like reds, nudes, pinks. Great tip to use pencil case to store makeup in.

Sorry they aren't clean but i keep my real technique brushes and walk brushes in a normal mug.  Nothing special, i put them in there so i know where they are and which ones i need to clean.
You can also put pens in there or any pen like makeup

Dream shoe collection

Hi chappes,

I have done a dream bag collection so i thought i would do a dream show collection.

Christain Louboutin- When I'm older i would love a pair of Louboutin. With the iconic red and the silk designers.
They also look like they are nice quality.
This is one design but i love most of the shoes.

Valentino- These shoes are UH-MAZ-ING. They have lots of different designers and they all look stunning.
Ive seen these Escala lace espadrilles which look great for holidays. With the white lace and the tan base i think would look create with a pair of shorts and a top on the beach.

Jimmy Choo- I've always dreamt of having a pair of Jimmy Choo- who hasn't. Since Sharpay from High School Musical with her Jimmy Choo shoes.
I saw these Garmeen leather flat which are black and is my opinion are chic. And will go with everything and anything. But they have a not so nice price tag at £350.

These are some of my dream shoes.

Please comment your dream shoes and follow
