November Favourites 2017

Hi chappes,

As it is coming up to the end of November it means it time to write my November Favourite. But more exciting is that December starts in 2 days!!!!!! And I've just realised that I didn't write my October Favourite so this will include a few more products then usually.

Beauty Favourites

I never usually use a primer but this past month I have loved the Wonderland Studio Finish Primer, it creates a great base for my foundation as it makes your skin feel really smooth. I have noticed the longevity of my foundation when I use this primer, it's stayed longer especially on areas when sometimes my makeup goes come off during the day so my chin and sometimes the tip of my nose. I have also noticed that fine lines that makeup usually show up disappear with this primer.

At the moment I've been loving mixing the Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation, a lovely buildable coverage foundation which feels so light on the skin. And the Garnier BB cream in Light - together create a gorgeous glow on the skin as well as lovely coverage and actually a better colour match.

I always have a winged eyeliner and my favourite is the Tanya Burr Selfie Flick Eyeliner. To create a thin line along the lash line and a small wing. The formulation os this eyeliner is so pigmented and black. My favourite mascara is the  Tanya Burr Selfie Lash Mascara - lovely everyday dramatic mascara.

Other Favourites

This is probably one of my favourite show which is I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here - it's on every day for 3 weeks. And celebrities complete challenge, my favourite for this series is Toff form Made in Chelsea.

Little Mix Platinum Edition Songs -

Little Mix is my favourite girl group and I have loved their music since X Factor. I love their Glory Days CD and they have just released some new songs which I love especially Reggaetón Lento.

My Birthday / Christmas Wishlist 2017

Hi chappes,

It's that time of year where people start to write wish lists for what you want for Christmas and my birthday is very close to Christmas. So I always write a birthday/christmas wish list  I wanted to share mine just incase it helps. Some of these did appear in Beauty Gift Guide but not all of them.

Lot of girls wish for a Tiffany necklace and this birthday is quite a special one (my 18th) so I would love the Tiffany Mini Double Heart Tag Pendant (Pink). My favourite colour is pink and it looks a gorgeous dainty necklace. 

I love Benefit Cosmetics and the City Lights, Party Nights set has some products that I haven't tried before including the new Dandelion Wishes Highlighter. 

I have recently written about Beauty Crackers for this and my favourite one is the Marc Jacobs 'The Sex Kitten' Cracker Makeup Gift Set. I have heard a lot of lovely things about Marc Jacobs so I would love to try there mascara and lipstick,

Tanya Burr Cosmetics is one of my favourite makeup brands so I would love to get the  Tanya Burr Lucky Penny which is a gorgeous lip balm perfect for the colder months,

Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks have amazing formulations and the English Beauty Lipstick packaging and shade is gorgeous!!! 

I have never tried any Tarte products and I have fallen in love with the Tartelette flirt eyeshadow palette. It contains lovely autumnal shades and the formulation and pigmentation looks great. A similar shade palette is the Morphe 3502 Palette - lots of lovely shades and  pigmentation.

One of my favourite programmes is Our Girl so I would love the Our Girl: Series 2 [DVD] so I can watch the episodes again. As personally as I love to watch my favourite shows over and over again.

Following my Beauty Advent Calendar post I would love to have M&S Beauty Advent Calendar this festive season. It contains 24 gorgeous  products including Stila cosmetics and Emma Hardie.

I would love to improve the look of my blog and I have seen a lot of bloggers have used Pipdig blogger templates. My favourite one is the Pipdig Blogger Template: Gloss Romantic. Its very me and I would love improve my blog.

Hopefully the a iPhone Tripod will help my blogging photography and would great for when I travel.

Contents: 7 full-size polishes, 13 minis, remover, a glass file, buffer and toe separator.  The shade selection has the classic, staple shades, this selection is great – a good mix of nudes, reds and a couple of more sparkly options for the festive season. 

Soap & Glory ‘It’s a Calendar, Girls’ 24 Days of Soaprise

Price: £40

Contents: There are little stars with shower gels as well as a lot of other very well-sized products in here to balance that out. For example a full-size mascara, hand food hand cream, mini righteous butter and the 5 mini eyeliners. The mini tweezers are also a nice addition.

L’Oreal Luxe Beauty Advent Calendar

Price: £120

Contents: A gorgeous selection of Victor & Rolf, Kiehl’s, Lancome, YSL and Urban Decay. Full of products I would love to try.

Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar 

Price: £175

Contents: GORGEOUS! So many gorgeous brands in here and a mixture of the more mainstream and niche brands. For example Byredo Bal D’Afrique hand cream, Diptyque travel candle, Liberty Makeup Bag, full-size Votary Cleansing Oil and full-size Trish McEvoy liquid lipstick in a gorgeous, festive red shade

Charlotte Tilbury’s ‘Nighty & Nice Magic Box’

Contents: I'm a Charlotte Tilbury fanatic so I would love to own this. A lovely mix of makeup and skincare. The 12 best-selling makeup treasures wrapped in a glamorous, gorgeous Magic case. 

My personal favourite is probably the M&S advent calendar and the Estee Lauder one - they are both gorgeous and seem good for the money.

Evening Skincare Routine Autumn 2017

Today I wanted to share my Everyday Evening Skincare Routine which I have been doing the last few week as my skin does get dehydrated in winter. So I do have to complete more steps in my winter skincare routine.

Taking my makeup off is definitely my first priority in the evening, especially after a long day. So first I take off my eye makeup (eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara) with the Simple Eye Makeup Remover on 2 cotton pads. 

Then I use the Garnier Micellar Oil Infused Cleansing Water to take off the rest of my face makeup. As its oil infused it takes off my makeup really easily as well as moisturises my dehydrated skin.

For a second cleanse, I use the Clearsil Multi-Action Cleasing Face Wash to make sure my face is all nice and clean. And this face wash also contains special ingredients to prevent spots or breakout.

After cleansing my skin, I use a nice moisturiser so I use the Clean and Clear Dual Action Oil-Free Moisturiser it's a great rich moisturiser and has really helped prevent spots. I usually apply a thick layer of this at night, so in the morning my skin definitely looks clearer and softer. I also love that is sinks in really easily and as it's fragrance free which is great for people with sensitive skin.

For my eyes I use the Lancôme 'Rénergie Multi-Lift' eye cream - technically its my mother's but she doesnt use it so I may have taken it.Even thought I'm only 17 and this is a anti ageing eye cream it leaves your under eyes it looks lifted and smoother. Meaning in the morning my concealer applies nicely and doesnt crease.

Beauty Gift Guide 2017

Personally, I love writing and reading these posts as I'm a massive beauty lover and there are some gorgeous sets and products that brands bring out at this festive season. So I picked my favourite 10 beauty sets/products brought out for Christmas.

Charlotte Tilbury is a lovely luxe brand and she brings out some gorgeous things at Christmas. I'm a massive fan of her lip products so I picked 2 lip products as well one of her new palettes.

Lip Archive - 3 Nude-Pink Lipstick Set. The set contains: 
Matte Revolution Lipstick in Miss Kensington which is a pretty, English-rose pink.
K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick in Confession which is a dusky, tawny nude shade flecked with gold particles.
Matte Revolution Lipstick in Between the Sheets which is a vintage rose petal shade.

Matte Revolution Lipstick in English Beauty - is a pretty, naturally nude pink matte lipstick. Ane the packaging is GORGEOUS - I love London and the box the lipstick comes in.

Instant Eye Palette - it's her ultimate smokey-eye eyeshadow palette. This palette creates 3 looks: 
The Day Look for a fresh, natural eye makeup look, with a delicate matte cream, shimmering neutral brown & taupe matte perfection.

I have never actually tried Tarte Cosmetics before. But their Christmas sets this year looks so good! Looks like a perfect gift set for people who love Tarte, want to try Tarte makeup or a beginner to makeup.

Too Faced Cosmetics are the queens of packaging and the formulation of the eyeshadows are lovely . Another brand I would love is Kat Von D, they have brought out 'London Calling Vol 2' gift set. I loved London Calling the original set but never got round to buying it. But I love the look of Vol 2 - the set contains Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lovecraft, Studded Kiss in Mercy and Tatto Liner in Tropper Black. The Tattoo Liner is probably my favourite eyeliner and I would love to try her lipstick formulations. 

I have heard a lot about the Stila glittery eyeshadows so I found this gorgeous Stila Eye for Elegance Liquid Eye Shadow Set. Lovely shades and perfect for the Christmas season.

Morphe has some pretty palettes and they are bringing out the  35O2 Second Nature Palette from fiery oranges and warm browns to super-shimmer and mega-matte finishes. Perfect for every day as well as smokey eyes.

Benefit has lots of different sets at Christmas - my personal fave is the 'City Lights Party Nights' gift set. The set contains 4 of Benefits most popular products - Precisely, my brow pencil in 3, Dandelion twinkle mini, They're real! double the lip in nude scandal, They're real! mascara in jet black and a cosmetic bag. Great for makeup lover and people would want to try Benefit. 

MAC Cosmetics always have pretty Christmas collections and this year is no exception. The snowfall has copper/pink packaging and my personal fave - Pink Pigment pots. As one thing I love in the festive season is glitter and one thing I love is pink. Those 2 together - perfect!

Berry Makeup Collection

On a lot of twitter blog chats, they have been asking for your favourite Christmas makeup bits. So I wanted to write about some of my berry makeup collection and favourites.

My favourite berry lipstick has to be Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick in 107, made popular by Zoella. It's a gorgeous lipstick with a lovely formulation and pigmentation. And doesn't go patchy which I know some other lipsticks do.

A lovely, strong, matte lip option would be NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams - I really like the formulation and pigmentation. My favourite is Cannes - a gorgeous berry toned nude. A similar shade is MaxFactor Lipstick in Rosewood - it's more of a satin finish compared to the soft matte lip creams but gorgeous berry nudes. 

My favourite berry toned palette is Tanya Burr Candy Glam Essential Palette (sorry this is quite old and limited edition) but its gorgeous. I use Plumberry– A dark berry red, Creme Brulee– A metallic copper and Date Night in Paris– A deep matte burgundy brown. They are lovely shades and I love using these eyeshadows. I would love for Tanya Burr Cosmetics to bring out these eyeshadows permanently as I love them so much. Another Tanya Burr Cosmetic product I love is her lipgloss in 'Bewitching' - a lovely berry shade. You can wear it by itself as well as on top of the lipstick.

For my cheeks, I have been using the shades in the Revolution Golden Sugar Palette. It had a range of blush colours which I sometimes use as eyeshadows.

Pamper Evening Essentials in Winter

Hi chappes,

Happy Monday!! On cold, winter days I love to gather up all my blankets, grab my favourite hot drink and have a lovely lush bubble bath with Christmasy candles.

I do love a Lush bath bomb - especially the Christmas ones. My favourite has to be the Magic of Christmas. It smells so good and Christmasy. You can also use it for several baths. 

Candles have to be a must-have for a pamper evening - my favourite is a Cinnamon and Orange candle which I think I got in Home Sense. It smells so good and so Christmasy.

A face mask is an essential for a pamper night to help my complexion, I reach for a Simple Deep Cleansing face mask, it's a lovely affordable mask which is great for my sensitive skin.

A fresh manicure is another pamper evening must have for me, to start off I use Zoella Hungry Hands Hand Cream which is a gingerbread scent to make my hands moisturised before painting my nails. My personal favourite is Binky Collection in Pink Glitter. As its two of my favourite things; Pink and Glitter. So it's very me and great for this season.

Inside Soap Awards 2017

Hi chappes,

Today I wanted to share my 5 favourite outfits from the Inside Soap Awards. There were some amazing dresses and I do love soaps so I hope you like this post.

Jennifer Metcalfe 

Jennifer showed off her flawless figure in a plunging lace-up front bodysuit, which features the same detail down the back too. It's T by Alexander Wang and when teamed with pinstriped trousers, Christian Louboutin heels and a Dolce & Gabbana bag,

Lucy Fallon

Lucy wore a gorgeous red tourer suit - a red blazer and cigarette pant combo, she completed her look with a black frill detail top and pointed heels. As well as a bold berry lip.

Tilly Keeper

Tilly wore a lovely silver glitter, sequin dress with a belt which showed her waist. Tilly matched her dress with silver sparkly shoes and loosely curled hair.

Anna Passey 

This is probably my favourite outfit out of them all - Anna wore a gorgeous culotte jumpsuit with a pink sequin top. She paired it with a lovely heel and a smokey eye. 

Chloe Hewitt

Personally, I love high necked dresses so I really like this lovely, simple black halter neck dress. Which Chloe paired with a bold red lip.
