I've Hit Pan! - September 2017

Hi chappes,

Today I wanted to share the products I have hit pan on as well as emptied this last month. The fact they are empty/hit pan shows that I love them and use them regularly.

Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious Mascara -

My favourite mascara probably and its been running out of a while but its finally run out.

Maybelline Colour Tattoo in 'Creme de Nude' -

 This has been my eye base for a while, it covers any decolorisation    on the lid to create pigmented eye looks

Rimmel Insta Matte Powder -

 a gorgeous fine powder that mattes the skin and makes your makeup last all day. 

Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundation - 

 This has become one of my favourite foundations - lovely coverage and formulation 

Rimmel Light Matte Bronzer -

This bronzer I have had for quite a while - it a lovely everyday colour. And AMAZING for people with pale skin.

September Favourites 2017

It's that time of the month again when I write my monthly favourites - September has actually been quite a good month apart from the fact I had to go back to school. But it has become so autumnal - meaning autumnal makeup, clothing and scenery.

Beauty Favourites

When looking back my favourites of this month I've realised its quite a lot of Tanya Burr Cosmetics products. It's completely coincidental - its just products I have reached for this month. Firstly I wanted to take more care on doing my brows so I'm been reaching for my 'Tanya Burr's Cosmetic Brow Perfect Brow Palette'. It's a lovely travel brow palette with 4 shades, a brush and tweezers. I usually mix the lightest and darkest shade together which I think is the perfect shade for me.

As I've been starting to do more autumnal makeup - I've been reaching more the 'Tanya Burr Candy Glam Palette' more. It's got gorgeous shades perfect for this season as well as a lovely bronzer. My favourite is 'Creme Brûlée' which is pinky coppery shade.

I've also been reaching to 'Tanya Burr Cosmetic 'Pink Cocoa' Lipstick'and 'Max Factor Rosewood Lipstick' they are both darker nudes which I love especially in autumn.

I've always been loving Zoella Beauty Shower Shake Moisturising Body Wash - as it's getting colder a 2 in 1 body wash is so much nicer. It's a gorgeous fresh smell and formulation.

Other Favourites

One of my favourite shows has started this month The Great British Bake Off - it's such a good comfort show and I love baking.

My 3 Favourite Autumnal Eyeshadows 2017

Hi chappes,

I do love Autumn makeup - the coppers, burgundies and browns. The shades /colours I wouldn't usually wear throughout the rest of the year.

One of the palettes I love in Autumn is 'Tanya Burr Candy Glam Essential Palette' - this was part of her first Christmas collections. And it has gorgeous shades - perfect for Autumn. As it contains - reds, browns, coppers as well as a bronzer and a blush. The shades are so pigmented and I'm excited to try at latest Christmas collection.

Another palette I really like for the autumnal time is the 'Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette' - a range of lovely everyday shades. My favourite shade has to be 'Chopper' a copper with silver flecks in it. Lovely autumnal shade. The new Naked Heat palette seems a gorgeous palette for this season too.

Cream eyeshadows are my go-to for quick, effortless makeup looks and one I'm looking forward to reigniting my love for is Maybelline Colour Tattoo in 'On And On Bronze'. It's gorgeous bronze gold shade which if you put all over the lid and you are done. Its a lovely bronze colour and great for my green eyes.

First Impressions: Benefit They're Real! Double The Lip & Liner In One Travel Sized Mini in 'Pink Thrills'

Today I wanted to share my first impressions of the 'Benefit They're Real! Double The Lip & Liner In One Travel Sized Mini in 'Pink Thrills'. 

I do have to admit I love looking at fashion magazines to see what free samples they have in them and this month Elle UK has some Benefit Double Lip minis. I believe you there are 3 shades you can get - but in my local supermarket they are all 'Pink Thrills'. 

'Pink Thrills' is a gorgeous pigmented pink - to be honest it's not a shade would usually go for. If you have read my blog before I love  my nude lipsticks and I own limited number bright lipsticks.

But its so nice to have a new shade that I don't already own.

The formulation is so nice - its pigmented and its leaves a semi matte finish. Which feels comfortable on the lips - not drying at all.

I've wanted the Benefit They're Real! Double The Lip and Liner In One for a while was they look so good. And a great invention as they look like a great way to get fuller lips. 

As the Custom Teardrop Tip grabs and defines your lip line and fills in lips with complementing colour for the appearance of volume and dimension.

I love this shade and the formulation so I would really like to try another colour from the range.

My 5 Favourite Autumnal Lipsticks

Today I wanted to share my 5 favourite lipstick for this next autumnal season. I do have to admit I do love my lipsticks so I love mixing it up season to season. As each season I do like to change the makeup look which means new lipsticks to try and wear.

 Technically I do wear NYX Soft Matte Cream in Cannes all year round but especially in autumnal season. As its gorgeous with smokey brown eyes which I love to do in the autumn. Even though its a liquid lipstick its pigmented and not drying at all.

Another liquid lipstick I like in autumn is Tanya Burr Martha Moo Liquid Lipstick is a lovely pigmented lipstick. Great for everyday as well as goes well with lots of looks. The colour is really nice and the applicator is so easy to use.

 I do love MACxFleur De Force Lipstick if I have a rose/burgundy eye. This lipstick is a lovely as its a gorgeous beige nude. So this gorgeous lipstick is also greta for everyday which simply makeup. The cremesheen finish is also quite moisturising on the lips.

Tanya Burr Pink Cocoa Lipstick and Maybelline Rosewood Lipstick are quite similar tones. Both quite dark tones tones but with a slight red/berry tones. The formulation is also lovely for both lipsticks - pigmented and creamy.

My 5 Favourite Emmys 2017 Dresses

I'm a big fan of awards shows and I love looking at their outfits. So in todays post I wanted to share my favourite 5 outfits from last night Emmys awards.

Reese Witherspoons -

wore a gorgeous navy Stella McCartney coat dress and she paired it with velvet heels, adding red lipstick, chunky diamond earrings and sleek hair.

Lea Michele (one of my favourite actresses) - 

wore a lovely Elie Saab shimmery maroon dress with a low cut neckline. She accessorised it with a pair of purple sapphire, emerald and white diamond Lorraine Schwartz earrings.

Nicole Kidman -

 wore this elegant red dress by Calvin Klein. And she accessorised with Harry Winston jewels.

Kiernan Shipka -

She wore a custom sparkly Miu Miu dress with a V neck and with jewelled arms and bands. 

Ellie Kemper -

 wore an embellished navy dress by Jenny Packham with is gorgeous and sparkle. And looks perfect for the winter party season.

Binky London Lipstick in Desire

Hi chappes,

Today I wanted to talk about Binky London lipstick in Desire which is a gorgeous everyday shade which will be perfect for autumn.

Binky London is not a brand which is talked about much - its owned by Binky Felstead who was on Made in Chelsea. I brought some of her products at the Clothes Show in 2014, and the other day I saw her makeup being sold in Coop and picked this lipstick up.

Desire is a gorgeous warm shimmery brown nude shade - which will be great for everyday in autumn. Its quite pigmented especially as the lipstick was only £2 which is an amazing price. The lipstick is also enriched with Vitamin E which make it really moisturising on the lips so not drying at all on the lips.

The packaging is lovely - simple and black. And looks great in my lipstick collection.

I would highly recommend this lipstick and I would love to try another lipstick in this collection. As its a gorgeous shade and so affordable.

Zoella Gelato Shower Shake Moisturising Body Wash

Hi chappes,

I was really impressed in the last product I tried from Zoella Beauty Jelly and Gelato range so recently I picked up another product the 'Zoella Gelato Shower Shake Moisturising Body Wash'.

To start with the packaging is AMAZING - I love all of Zoella Beauty  packaging its so cute and unique. And the packaging actually looks like a shake with the straw and the colours.

The formula is really nice too - its much thicker formula than the other Zoella Beauty shower gels and other brands but I guess thats the moisturising aspects.

At first the 'Jelly and Gelato' Range wasn't my favourite scent from the whole of the Zoella Beauty range but its started to grow on me. Its a lovely fresh scent which is really nice as a shower gel as you feel very fresh and clean. 

The moisturising aspect actually works and this shower gel is perfect for shaving your legs as its a 2 in 1. As you don't have to moisturise after - which is great especially in the winter time.

I would highly recommend trying this shower gel its so good and so affordable.

It Feels A Bit Like Autumn

Hi chappes,

Recently in the Uk it's felt very autumnal and Autumn is also one of my favourite season so I wanted to share some of my favourites thing about Autumn.

1.I usually wear jumpers all year round but at autumn you can wear layers and big chunky knits. I find jumpers so comfortable and easy to wear. I'm going to live in high waisted jeans and jumpers for the next few months. 

2.My Birthday and Christmas will be soon. December is my favourite month and autumn indicates that its just around the corner. So Christmas decoration and gifts start coming out - so exciting x

3. The TV shows seem to be better in autumn - firstly the Great British Bake Off (AMAZNG SHOW!!!), I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, X Factor etc . Such good comfort shows.

4.The leaves - they are so pretty for photos, the colours and the crunch when you walk on them is so nice.

5. I love Autumnal makeup, the darker berry lips and slightly smokey eyes with coppers and burgundy tones - gorgeous.

Simple on the Eyes

One of my favourite bloggers 'Jasmine talks Beauty' wrote a similar post a week ago and I loved it so wanted to write a similar post. In a rush I always go to mono eyeshadows and swipe it over the lid. And creates simple eye looks which are great for everyday.

L'Oreal Golden Rose Eyeshadow - this eyeshadow is lovely all over the lid for a quick eye look. I've been reaching for this a lot recently.

NYR Organic Mineral Eye Shadow in Silver Birch - I don't usually wear silver eyeshadow but this shade is gorgeous all over the lid. Nice pigmentation and formulation.


Elf Aqua Beauty - Molten Liquid Eyeshadow Rose Gold - a lovely liquid eyeshadow for a easy rose gold eye. And very long wearing - doesn't crease through out the day.


Tanya Burr Eyeshadow Pot in 'Creme Brûlée' - gorgeous copper shade, great for autumn. Its a lovely loose shadow with limited fall out.

Maybelline Colour Tattoo Cream Eyeshadow 'On and on Bronze' - a cream eyeshadow which is easy to use as a base as well as a nice swash of colour on the lid. And the pigment is amazing!

My September Goals | Blogging and Personal

For me September is a great time to set goals especially because its the start of the academic year. And for me its my last year at school/sixth form/college.

Blogging Goals

~ Continue Blogging and get back into the routine - after 3 weeks off blogging it will be nice to get back into the routine.

~ Enjoy writing Autumnal posts - Autumn is one of my favourite seasons.

Personal Goals 

~ Work Hard! This year is quite important for me so I need to work hard and get the grades I want.

~ Eat Healthy - I loved some weight over my holiday so I want to keep the weight loss and lose anymore if possible. 

~ Have fun with my friends - a lot of my friends I have known most of my life and this is our last year all together.
